About The Project

Joynes Ben Franklin, a historic department store in Grand Marais, Minnesota, recognized content could boost their business but didn’t know where to begin or what to create. After a brief discussion with the owners, we suggested a low-effort, high-return tactic: showcasing one product daily for a month. That simple move lifted their reach by 165% and engagement by 327%, proving consistent, manageable content can work wonders.

We then built a content ecosystem to amplify those gains. Our Content Ecosystem approach seamlessly blends long- and short-form content to build and amplify your brand’s presence and outreach. Starting with a brand documentary, Carry On the Tradition (12K views on Facebook), detailing their history and rebirth after a fire. Additional videos included a Boundary Waters Coffee Overview and MOSQUITOS! (18K views on Facebook, 13.6K on Instagram), a satirical take on North Shore mosquitoes and Joynes’ products. With six long-form videos total and short-form cuts, these assets rolled out across their website and social channels, boosting reach by another 315% and engagement by 206% after just the first video, enhancing visibility year-round and bringing in 49% more website visits.
